4) WERBUNG
Nerbeflächen, Firmenzeichen, Objekte. (Entwurf, Werbung)
Membranen, Netze, Gitterschalen als großformatige Tragkonstruktionen
fur Projektionen, Lichtreklamen, elektronische Lightshows.
Membranen, Uber- und Unterdruckpneus, wandelbare und kinetische
Konstruktionen wie Segel, Kissen, Durchstülptürme, Drachen,
Ballons, Luftschiffe als Firmensymbole oder Werbeobiekte. Hier gibt
2s schon viele Beispiele.
Verbesserung, Weiterentwicklung, aber auch Umsetzung witziger
deen und Projekte in Realitat fur imagebildende Werbeobjekte. Eine
Aufgabe fur Werbefachleute und Entwerfer.
(5) MONUMENTE
(z.B. in Rußland).
naben. Fahnen sind leichte Flachentragwerke und Objekt der
Leichtbauforschung.

4) PUBLICITY
Publicity surfaces, signboards, trade-marks, art objects. (Design
publicity)
Membranes, nets, grid shells as large supporting structures for
projections, illuminated advertisements, electronic light shows.
Membranes, negative and positive pressure pneus, convertible
and kinetic structures like sails, cushions, inverted towers, kites.
balloons, airships, as a whole in the form of trade-marks or publicity
objects. Many examples of this exist.
Improvements, further developments, also realization of clever
ideas and projects for image-creating publicity objects.
A task for publicity experts and designers.
(5) MONUMENTS
Signs, symbols, objects of art, monuments, landmarks.
Structures are more than just functional creations, they can be
signs, symbols, publicity. It is worthwhile to consider the sense
and nonsense of monuments, in particular if they are erected
with the resources of lightweight construction. The construction
of temporary monuments with a short life-span spread widely
during the twenties (Russia) and thirties. It is necessary to collect
the most important examples, and to discuss them from the
aspects of the history of art, ethics and philosophy, in a factual
and sober way, with committment.
(6) FLAGS
Flags, which often have high air resistances, conceal aerodynamic
and constructive problems that are not to be underestimated.
Flags are lightweight structures and an object of lightneight
structure research.
